New Players

To help keep waiting times down and ensure attendances are kept to manageable levels, all new players must first register before visiting the club. This includes players who simply wish to try out the club, as well as those who would like to become a member.

Registration Process

Please note that the registration is simply for an invitation to play at the club. It is not an application for membership. Should you find your time enjoyable at the club, you may later apply to become a member.

Wait for an email invitation from the club.

Nominate your attendance date.

Notes

• Once invited, players are welcome to return to the club any time after their first attendance. However, invitations will lapse should a player become inactive for two years.
• Each registration and the corresponding invite is only valid for one person. You will need to complete the registration form for each player.

Overseas Visitors

If you are from overseas and staying for a short period of time in Perth, please include your dates of stay in your registration. We will attempt to fast track you in before you leave Perth if possible.

Past and Inactive Players

You do not need to register if you are a previous member or invited player who has played at least once in the last two years. You are not considered a new player and you are welcome to return to the club without registering for an invitation.

If you've been inactive for a while or simply unsure, please email us and we'll confirm your eligibility.

Waiting List

After registering, you will be added to our waiting list. The waiting time may vary depending on a number of factors such as current attendance levels and cancellations from people on the waiting list. As we believe in a fair-go system, all invites will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis - except in the case of short term requests from overseas visitors.

To get an indication of the average waiting time and next invite date, check the waiting list status box (right column). The meaning of each item in the waiting list status box is described below:

• Next Invitee: The player who is at the head of the waiting list and will be invited next.
• Current Wait Time: The current waiting time based on how long previous players have had to wait.
• Waiting: The number of players currently on the waiting list.
• Last Invite: Indicates when the last invitation was issued.
• Est. Invite Date: The estimated date of when the next round of invites will be issued.
