It’s when an invite or fast track offer will be sent – not your attendance date. The estimate is calculated based on the attendance during the past four weeks and bookings for the upcoming session.
Don’t be too concerned if your name is way down the list. Our fast track system will allow you to attend much earlier if those ahead of you are not available.
Invites #
When the date shown is in the future, then it’s an approximation of when the next round of invites will be sent.
As these invites give players a 4 week window to attend, they are only sent when there is high availability – typically when a large number of players go on holiday or are injured.
Most of our new player intake is via the fast track system described below.
Fast Track Offers #
If the date shown is the current day, then this indicates that the system is currently sending fast track offers.
The system will progressively email players based on the availability date set during registration (or reconfirmation). Those at the top of the wait list are emailed offers first.
If you have indicated that you are available to start, keep an eye on your email for the fast track email during Monday afternoons.
